The menu of Osteria Fasulo —
exclusively designed and personally directed by owner Leonardo Fasulo — captures the Italian spirit of making every
meal a special occasion.
Osteria Fasulo offers an imaginative selection of authentic and contemporary Italian
specialties that change and compliment with our four seasons. Its dishes are prepared using only the finest and the freshest
ingredients from traditional and contemporary Italian recipes.
Osteria Fasulo is the place where people go for
fine Italian cuisine — where the presentation of each dish is an art and where the tastes of each dish are perfectly
married to bring out the amazing and unique flavors of Italia.
When Leonardo created the menu, he made certain
that every dish have its own personality.
It is not enough to just go out for dinner — at Osteria Fasulo
guests come to dine in a warm, inviting, elegant place where they feel right at home from the moment they enter the restaurant.
Osteria Fasulo provides guests with the highest quality Italian dishes — simply yet elegantly prepared
— featuring the freshest ingredients, making everything from scratch and taking full advantage of the abundance of unique
products that California’s rich soils have to offer. Additionally, many products are directly flown in from Italy including
Prosciutto di Parma (from the countryside of Parma) and 30 year old aged Balsamic vinegar, to many of the honored wines and
imported delicacies that can only be found in Italy.
Dining at Osteria Fasulo, guests experience true cibo Italiano
(Italian food).
Osteria Fasulo promises to create exciting dishes. Contemporary and intimate where guests come
to indulge for the experience is simply Italian. More importantly, it's under the direct management of proprietor Leonardo
Fasulo — who having been raised in Northern Italy with a mamma who loved to cook amazing meals — knows his way
around the kitchen, the dining room and the wine cellar quite well.
Osteria Fasulo offers guests some of the
best selections of Italian and California wines by the glass, and special reserve wines by the bottle.
Leonardo
Fasulo — whose love and passion for good food, good wine and good friends — plays a major role in ensuring that
guests have an exceptional and truly memorable experience.
Osteria Fasulo is the kind of place where we simplify
— without compromise — haute cuisine because ee wants to make sure that his guests appreciate the freshness of
each of our dishes and where we understand that a meal is only as good as its raw ingredients.
We have a simple
philosophy: Our food is not an art that consists of dressing up the dish to the point where it is unrecognizable but an art
whose design is to reflect the truth and simplicity of each dish.
It's simply Italian!
And finally,
to best understand the Fasulo’s philosophy about life and food, one must also understand their philosophy about wine

greeted by our warm and professional staff who can always be found buzzing around the front of the house taking care of our
guests (in the cozy dining room), and our masterful chefs and the kitchen staff creating original and memorable dishes.
